"OK, yes it's a mistake. I know it's a mistake, but there are certain things in
life where you know it's a mistake but you don't really know it's a mistake
because the only way to really know it's a mistake is to make the mistake and
look back and say 'yep, that was a mistake.' So really, the bigger mistake would
be to not make the mistake, because then you'd go your whole life not knowing if
something is a mistake or not."
-Lily, How I Met Your Mother
Hello people! :D How's life? It's been a while since I last updated this blog [the last 2posts are for my assignment btw, thanks for all of you who left your suggestions :)].
Anw I'm currently studying in HK right now *yes, I made it at last, yeay!* I guess I have skipped the whole-homesick-phase and started to settle down. Though Cantonese still sound like an alien language for me :B , the only word I understand until now are: 1-100; thankyou (toce); you're welcome, excuse me (mkoi); good morning (chosan) -> I'm not even sure I wrote it with the right spelling :s hahaha. But my local friends said tht I've passed the survival cantonese level by knowing those phrases lol
Lot of assignments, not to mention quiz, some dramas, but so far, life is pretty good I think :-) And this may be quite random, but last month one of my local friend innocently said "do you want to know sth? you're my very first foreigner friend" ^^ which definitely made me smile from ear to ear :3 ahaha
Well gotta go, still got paper to do :') have a very nice day you all! till the next post xoxo
wow good luck in HK.
